BB King Birthday | Google honored B. B. King as Doodle

Today Google honored B. B. King as Doodle, his 94th birthday.

Today is the 94th birthday of the world's greatest guitarist BB King. He was born on 16 September 1925 in Itta Bena, Mississippi, US. And he died on May 14, 2015 at the age of 89 in Las Vegas, Nevada, US. BB King Gee was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1987, and is considered one of the most influential blues musicians of all time, earning the nickname "The King of the Blues", and " Considered one of the "Three Kings of the Kings".

BB King was also known for performing the most shows in his music career. He appeared in more than 200 concerts every year in the 70s. His name includes a rare record, in 1956. 342 attended the show.

BB King Ji was also awarded with several titles which were as follows:

1985: Honorary degree in music from Berklee College of Music.

1987: Inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

1995: The Kennedy Center Honors; "He is also recognized for the lifetime achievements and exceptional talents of the most eminent artists of our country.

2004: The Royal Swedish Music Academy awarded him the Polar Music Award for "significant contribution to the blues".

He was honored with many other titles.
